1. Intro
The protection and security of personal data has a high priority for us. This data protection declaration therefore explains to you when and how we process personal data. The terms used in this data protection declaration, such as "processing" or "person responsible", are based on the definitions in Art. 4 of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Responsible for Data Privacy
Unless otherwise specified, the person responsible within the meaning of the Basic Data Protection Ordinance is the operator of the online service deposited in the imprint or its legal representative. If a data protection officer is to be appointed, he will also be named in the imprint of the online offer.

The various types of data are not generally personal, but may be combined to form personal data.

- Visitors to the online offer (hereinafter referred to as "online users")

- Suppliers
- Employees and applicants
- Interested parties

6. Personal Data Protection
We undertake to take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, taking into account the state of the art and the costs of implementation. In particular, these measures include ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling access to data processing systems, access to applications, access to personal data and separation in accordance with the respective access authorization. We take the protection of personal data into account as early as the development or selection of hardware, software and other processes and ensure that data protection-friendly settings are made.
7. Rights of Data Subjects

8. Transfer to Order Processor
If, within the scope of processing personal data, we disclose these to contract processors or third parties, transmit them or grant them access in any other way, this shall only occur

If we are commissioned with the processing of data by third parties, this is done exclusively within the framework of Art. 28 DSGVO.
9. Transfer to Third Countries

Subject to legal or contractual permissions, such data will only be disclosed if the special requirements of Art. 44 et seq. of the German Data Protection Act are met. DSGVO to a third country.

With regard to links to third-party websites, we have no influence on data protection practices and content and accept no responsibility for them. If you click on any such link, you are leaving our control and any personally identifiable information you subsequently provide will no longer be covered by this Privacy Statement.
11. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may need to be revised from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you clearly.
